I’m Joanne, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Licensed Massage Therapist, and Physical Therapist Assistant with a focus on therapeutic lymphatic forward bodywork. I’ve been practicing since 2004, and my work has naturally evolved into an integrative approach centered on lymphatic and cranio-lymphatic care.

My work is rooted in respect for the body’s innate intelligence and its ability to heal when supported with skill, presence, and compassionate, precise touch. I integrate manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral techniques, and nervous system–aware care to support lymphatic health, tissue function, and overall well-being.

InnerFlow was created to bridge evidence-informed care with calm, restorative healing. Here, clinical expertise is paired with a grounded, supportive environment so clients feel safe, seen, and fully supported.

Every session is guided by intention, clear communication, and respect for each person’s unique body and history. My goal is to offer care that is both clinically sound and deeply human, helping you feel lighter, more balanced, and more at home in yourself.
