InnerFlow's signature extended session combines therapeutic massage, lymphatic therapy, craniosacral, gentle fascial techniques, and warm herbal compresses to create space for deep relaxation and restoration. Hot stones, cold stones, cupping, vibration and sound may also be incorporated into this session.

Warm Herbal Compress $10
A soft muslin or flannel cloth is soaked in a warm, hand-prepared herbal infusion, then applied to the body for 10–15 minutes. This deeply soothing therapy delivers the plants’ natural benefits directly to the tissues, supporting lymphatic flow, easing tension, and calming the nervous system.
Requires advance booking to allow for herbal infusion preparation.
Castor Oil Pack – Includes take-home flannel cloth $10
